Two Russian soldiers shot in Ingushetia

Ruslan Isayev, North Caucasus – Two unknown men shot and killed two Russian soldiers and wounded a third on April 20 in the outskirts of Nazran, Ingushetia's largest town.

After parking their car, the three soldiers began walking toward a local pharmacy when they were ambushed by two men who suddenly opened fire on them. The soldiers, caught off guard, had no time to even use their weapons.

The killers than snatched the soldier’s weapons and disappeared.

After the incident, several members from the Ingush Prosecutor’s Office arrived at the scene to investigate the matter.
