Terrorist acts are being prepared in North Caucasus cities

The Chechen military command has obtained a classified message from a highly placed officer of the Russian special services, in which he reveals the monstrous plans of the Kremlin with respect to Chechnya and the peoples of the North Caucasus. It is indicated in the letter that during the time of the visit of the Russian President V. Putin to the United States of America, simultaneous explosions of many-storied houses of local residents will be carried out in the North Caucasus cities of Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Nal'chik and Pyatigorsk. The result of the terrorist acts, committed by Russian special services, must be a large quantity of killed people and as a consequence of this, an unprecedented anti-Chechen hysteria in the Russian mass-media. Using these terrorist acts, the Russian president must convince the USA to change their position with respect to the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.

As a result of the armed provocations planned by the Kremlin and carried out by Russian special services, the world community must be guided to the idea that it is necessary to apply weapons of mass destruction against the Chechens. The same source reports that Moscow has for a long time been considering the use of nuclear weapons with a small radius against the Chechens, in order to finish the resistance of the Chechen people once and for all.
