The Chechen Republic of Ichkeria,
Reaffirming its unequivocal condemnation of terrorism in its all forms and kinds, including terrorist acts carried out by or on behalf of a state.
Reaffirming its commitment to human rights and the rule of law,
Reaffirming its firm belief that all violations of rights and freedoms of individuals, peoples, and nations should always be investigated and those responsible should be brought to justice,
1. Welcomes the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1373 (2001) adopted at its 4385th meeting on 28 September 2001.
2. Declares that it regards the Resolution legally binding and will do utmost to implement its requirements.
