Update of December 25, 2007: The hacked website of the Prague-based NGO Caucasus Times (www.caucasustimes.com), which reports on the developments in the North Caucasus, will resume its operation in two weeks, Prague Watchdog was told by the site's chief editor Islam Tekushev today.
